In order to get Magearna you have to have completed the game by beating the Elite Four. After that, just scan this QR code using the QR Scanner.You'll then have to visit the deliveryman at the Antiquities shop in Hau'oli City.
Magearna is a level 50 steel/fairy Pokemon.
